Monica Stallings, PhD

Monica is an Adjunct Professor of Management & Organizations at the New York University Stern School of Business teaching at both the undergraduate and MBA levels. She has become known for helping undergraduate students tell their stories through their resumés and land jobs. She also coaches high school students in the strategy of college essay writing. Monica earned her Ph.D. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where she focused on Organizational Behavior and, specifically, Network theory where she uncovered gender and relationship-type effects when it comes to seeking professional advice at work. She resides in New Canaan, CT with her husband, Scott, and four children.
