Working to alleviate suffering
At AIM we believe leadership, education, and collaboration are the three pillars of a partnership for meaningful change.
We partner with local communities in developing countries to foster a shared vision of healthcare excellence, creating sustainable access to high-quality medical care.
AIM’S THREE PILLARS
Leadership
AIM trains healthcare leaders by working alongside them to create a shared vision, establish unified goals, and develop database problem-solving and functional leadership skills.
Education
AIM provides easy-access online teaching modules that offer continuing medical education, effective protocols, and structured approaches to addressing a communities specific medical needs.
Collaboration
AIM volunteers teach, equip, and enable colleagues around the world so they can better understand the possibilities and limitations of expanding medical care. Working side by side, we prepare them to lead in their community’s healthcare environment.
