AIM takes a uniquely tailored approach to meet healthcare leaders where they are and help lift them to where they desire to be. Needs are assessed, goals are set, and the curriculum is developed by world-renowned faculty with an eye on achieving the desired outcomes.

Performance is evaluated throughout the program to monitor progress, and identify where course corrections are needed, and outcomes are measured.
